STEP 1: A client contacts us.

STEP 2: We conduct a free, initial telephone consultation. You tell us briefly the basic tax issues that you are facing, and this gives us an opportunity to determine if we can help you and to discuss our fees with you.

STEP 3: If we believe we can assist you, we will set up a more in-depth session and charge a reasonable up-front consultation fee. We will determine and communicate to you a course of action in order to help you to resolve your tax issues.

STEP 4: We will obtain any necessary authorizations from you (e.g. Power of Attorney), a signed contract, and a retainer from you.

STEP 5: We continue working on your case and contact you to obtain any additional needed information. If your case is complex, we may need to set up additional appointments with you.

STEP 6: We will work diligently to resolve your tax issues and will keep you informed of our progress in regards to every significant step along the way.
