How does the remote cloud-based technology work?        

We use Verifyle, a cloud-based solution that lets us securely exchange messages and documents with clients. Verifyle also lets us send invoices to clients and receive payments. A client just needs to have an e-mail account in order to use Verifyle.

What kinds of hardware do clients need to possess to work with us with ease in regard to the cloud-based technology?

Clients should possess a modern computer, printer, and scanner. Clients can then send to us copies of any IRS notices and/or letters, or other needed documents. Sometimes it may be necessary for clients to mail to us original documents or information depending on their tax case.

How do you communicate with clients?

We generally conduct client appointments in person or on the telephone, and we also use Verifyle for written communications, etc…
